Biography
Amirhossein Kargaran was a 17-year-old teenager who was killed on January 8, 2026, after being shot three times by security forces on Mokhtari Street in Tehran. During his burial at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery, his father was recorded saying he was 'marrying off' his son, a symbolic reference to his youth and lost future. He is commemorated as a 'Javidnam' (eternal name) within the protest movement.
امیرحسین کارگران نوجوان ۱۷ سالهای بود که در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر شلیک سه گلوله توسط ماموران در خیابان مختاری تهران جان باخت. در مراسم خاکسپاری او در بهشت زهرا، پدرش در حالی که پیکر فرزندش را به خاک میسپرد فریاد میزد: «پسرم رو دارم داماد میکنم». از او به عنوان یکی از جانباختگان جاویدنام جنبش اعتراضی یاد میشود.
