Biography
Arshan Ghasemi was an 18-year-old polymer engineering student at the Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University and a former RoboCup competition winner. On January 8, 2026, he was killed after being shot directly in the neck by security forces during protests at Haft-e Tir Square in Tehran. He is remembered by his community as a patriotic and talented young man.
ارشان قاسمی، ۱۸ ساله، دانشجوی مهندسی پلیمر در دانشگاه علوم و تحقیقات و برنده مقام اول مسابقات ربوکاپ بود. در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴، او در جریان اعتراضات در میدان هفت تیر تهران بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی به گردنش جان باخت. از این جوان میهنپرست به عنوان یکی از جاویدنامان راه آزادی یاد میشود.
