Biography
Asal Shakeri was a 23-year-old photographer and videographer from Tabriz. She was a cancer survivor who had previously defeated the illness. On January 9, 2026, she was killed in Tabriz by direct fire from Islamic Republic security forces during protests, reportedly struck by a bullet in her uterus.
عسل شاکری، عکاس و فیلمبردار ۲۳ سالهای اهل تبریز بود. او پیش از این بیماری سرطان را شکست داده بود. در ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴، عسل در تبریز بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی در جریان اعتراضات کشته شد و گزارشها حاکی از اصابت گلوله به ناحیه رحم اوست.
