Biography
Behrouz (Shahrokh) Arshi was a 44-year-old assistant school principal and bodybuilder employed by the Ministry of Education. He was killed on January 8, 2026, in Mashhad after security forces reportedly opened fire on protesters from the roof of the Haft-e Tir police station. Witnesses reported that he was one of multiple victims during the incident in the Vakilabad area.
