Biography
Borhan Elyasi was a 22-year-old shopkeeper from Javanrud who was killed by security forces' gunfire on December 31, 2022. He was fatally shot while attending a 40th-day memorial ceremony for victims of the protests in his hometown. Following his death, local children and residents honored his memory by placing flowers and notes on the door of his shop.
برهان الیاسی جوان ۲۲ ساله و مغازهداری اهل جوانرود بود که در ۱۰ دی ۱۴۰۱ به ضرب گلوله نیروهای حکومتی کشته شد. او در جریان مراسم چهلم جانباختگان اعتراضات در جوانرود هدف شلیک قرار گرفت. پس از کشته شدن او، کودکان و مردم شهر با قرار دادن گل و نوشتههایی بر درب مغازهاش، یاد او را گرامی داشتند.
