Biography
Borhan Karami, a father and farmer from Kamyaran, was killed on November 16, 2022, during protests. He was fatally shot by security forces, either while walking on a street or after attending a funeral for another protester. His gravestone was later damaged, and his 40th-day memorial was widely attended by many, including his young daughter.
برهان کرمی، پدر و کشاورز اهل کامیاران، در تاریخ ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات کشته شد. او با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای سرکوبگر هدف قرار گرفت و جان باخت؛ بنا به برخی گزارشها در خیابان و طبق گزارش دیگر پس از شرکت در مراسم خاکسپاری یکی از معترضان. سنگ مزار او بعدها تخریب شد و مراسم چهلمش با حضور گسترده مردم و دختر خردسالش برگزار گردید.
