ارشاد شهبازی، مردی ۳۰ ساله، در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در لاهیجان و در جریان انقلاب شیر و خورشید کشته شد. او پس از اصابت گلوله به پشت یا پهلویش توانست خود را به خانه برساند، اما به دلیل خونریزی شدید جان باخت. نزدیکانش او را به بیمارستان نبردند، زیرا نگران بودند که بیمارستانها پر از مامور هستند و با مجروحین چه برخوردی خواهد شد.
