Biography
Farzin Maroufi, a resident of Ekbatan, Tehran, and native of Mahabad, was killed on November 29, 2022, during nationwide protests. He was reportedly shot in the head by security forces "for the crime of joy." Maroufi, whose birthday was on December 14, was known to love cooking. His father has actively commemorated him and experienced grief and health issues.
فرزین معروفی، ساکن شهرک اکباتان تهران و اهل مهاباد، در تاریخ ۸ آذر ۱۴۰۱ (۲۹ نوامبر ۲۰۲۲) در جریان اعتراضات سراسری کشته شد. بنا بر گزارشها، او به جرم "شادی" با شلیک گلوله به سرش توسط نیروهای امنیتی به شهادت رسید. معروفی که زادروشش در ۲۴ آذر (۱۴ دسامبر) بود، به آشپزی علاقه داشت. پدرش در بزرگداشت یاد او فعال بوده و پس از این واقعه دچار غم و مشکلات سلامتی شده است.
