Biography
Hananeh Kia Kajoori, a 23-year-old woman from Nowshahr, was killed on September 21, 2022, during the nationwide protests in Iran. She was shot in her side by security forces while returning home from a dentist appointment. Known as the "Bride of Iran," she was engaged, and her wedding was scheduled for just weeks after her death; she reportedly pleaded at the hospital, "Please don't let me die; my wedding is in two weeks."
حنانه کیا کجوری، زن جوانی ۲۳ ساله اهل نوشهر، در تاریخ ۳۰ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در ایران کشته شد. او در مسیر بازگشت از دندانپزشکی هدف گلوله نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفت. حنانه که به «عروس ایران» شهرت یافت، نامزد کرده بود و تنها چند هفته تا مراسم عروسیاش باقی مانده بود؛ گزارش شده که او در بیمارستان التماس میکرده: «نذارید بمیرم، هفته دیگه عروسیمه».
