Biography
Hossein Salahi Chashmi was a 50-year-old monarchist and a car body repairman and painter from Qaemshahr, Mazandaran Province. He was killed on January 9, 2026, in Qaemshahr, after being shot by IRGC forces during protests. Authorities reportedly conditioned the return of his body on his family signing a commitment and making a forced confession to present him as a Basiji.
حسین صلاحی چاشمی، شهروند پادشاهیخواه ۵۰ ساله و صافکار و نقاش خودرو اهل قائمشهر مازندران بود. او در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در قائمشهر و با شلیک نیروهای سپاه پاسداران در جریان اعتراضات کشته شد. نیروهای امنیتی تحویل پیکر بیجان او را به امضای تعهدنامه و اعتراف اجباری برای معرفی او به عنوان «بسیجی» مشروط کردند.
