Biography
Maedeh Javanfar was a 28-year-old nurse and a top-ranked graduate of the Guilan University of Nursing. She was killed by security forces during protests in Rasht on October 26, 2022. Authorities reportedly pressured her family to claim she died in a car accident as a condition for releasing her body, and state media released accident photos to cover up the cause of her death.
مائده جوانفر، پرستار ۲۸ ساله و فارغالتحصیل ممتاز دانشگاه پرستاری گیلان بود که در تاریخ ۴ آبان ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات رشت توسط نیروهای امنیتی کشته شد. نهادهای حکومتی تحویل پیکر او به خانواده را مشروط به ادعای فوت در اثر تصادف کردند و رسانههای دولتی با انتشار تصاویری از یک تصادف رانندگی سعی در سرپوش گذاشتن بر علت اصلی مرگ او داشتند.
