Biography

Mahmoud Kazemi was an accomplished oil engineer and inventor from Radkan who held patents for high-pressure oil well pumps and was a father to a seven-year-old daughter. On January 8, 2026, shortly after arriving in Mashhad from Asaluyeh, he was killed by security forces who shot him in the head with live ammunition and at close range in the stomach with pellets. His body was found a week later bearing marks of being bound and bruised on his hands and throat.

محمود کاظمی، مهندس نفت و مخترع اهل رادکان و پدر یک دختر هفت ساله بود که در زمینه پمپ‌های فشار قوی چاه‌های نفت فعالیت می‌کرد. او در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ پس از بازگشت به مشهد، بر اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی به سر و شلیک نزدیک به ۴۰ ساچمه به شکم توسط نیروهای امنیتی در بلوار طبرسی کشته شد. پیکر بی‌جان او که یک هفته بعد پیدا شد، آثار کبودی ناشی از بستن طناب بر دستان و گلویش را نشان می‌داد.
