Biography
Mehdi Eskandarian, a 44-year-old father of two children (aged 16 and 7) from Fardis, Karaj, was shot in the head by Islamic Republic security forces on January 9, 2026, while reportedly helping the wounded during protests. He succumbed to his injuries on January 12, 2027, at Noor Hospital in Shahriar. His family was pressured by intelligence agents to declare him a government casualty, and his body was withheld for a week, with authorities initially claiming he was lost among other bodies.
مهدی اسکندریان، پدر ۴۴ ساله دو فرزند (۱۶ و ۷ ساله) اهل فردیس کرج، در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ (۹ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶) در حین کمک به مجروحان اعتراضات، از ناحیه سر توسط ماموران جمهوری اسلامی مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفت. او در تاریخ ۲۲ دی ۱۴۰۵ (۱۲ ژانویه ۲۰۲۷) بر اثر جراحات وارده در بیمارستان نور شهریار جان باخت. خانواده وی تحت فشار ماموران اطلاعاتی بودند تا او را نیروی حکومتی اعلام کنند، و پیکر او به مدت یک هفته از آنها دریغ شد.
