مهدی جراحی، مردی ۴۷ ساله اهل تهران بود. او در تاریخ ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در فلکه شاهعبدالعظیم شهرری توسط ماموران جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. گزارش شده است که وی برای محافظت از دختری که مورد ضرب و شتم نیروهای بسیج قرار گرفته بود، مداخله کرده بود.
