Biography
Mohammad Bayat was a 42-year-old firefighter and father of two from Shahr-e Rey who was shot and killed during protests on January 8. His family reportedly faced severe pressure from authorities and was forced to pay a substantial sum of money to retrieve his body.
محمد بیات، آتشنشان ۴۲ ساله اهل شهرری و پدر دو فرزند، در ۱۸ دیماه در جریان اعتراضات هدف شلیک گلوله قرار گرفت و جان باخت. خانواده او برای تحویل گرفتن پیکر وی تحت فشارهای شدید قرار داشتند و تنها پس از پرداخت مبلغی سنگین موفق به دریافت پیکر او شدند.
