Biography
Mohsen Darbandari was a veteran of the Iran-Iraq war who served for many years. On January 8, 2026, he was shot and killed by security forces near the Shahre-ziba Mosque in Tehran. He was killed while bravely attempting to rescue a fellow citizen who had been detained by the authorities.
محسن دربندری از جانبازان جنگ ایران و عراق بود که سالها سابقه حضور در جبههها را داشت. او در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در حوالی مسجد شهرزیبای تهران به ضرب گلوله نیروهای امنیتی کشته شد. وی در زمان وقوع حادثه در تلاش بود تا هموطنی را که توسط مأموران بازداشت شده بود، نجات دهد.
