Biography
Mokhtar Ahmadi was killed by government forces on October 1, 2022, during nationwide protests in Marivan, Kurdistan province. He was laid to rest in the Darsiran Cemetery in Marivan. In November 2024, reports and images emerged showing that his tombstone had been vandalized and defaced by government agents who targeted the word 'martyr' and other symbols on his grave.
مختار احمدی در تاریخ ۹ مهر ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در مریوان استان کردستان توسط نیروهای حکومتی کشته شد. پیکر او در آرامستان دارسیران مریوان به خاک سپرده شد. در آبان ۱۴۰۳، گزارشهایی منتشر شد که نشان میداد سنگ مزار این جاویدنام توسط عوامل حکومتی تخریب و کلمه «شهید» و نمادهای روی آن مخدوش شده است.
