مصطفی صفیان، ۴۰ ساله و اهل شهرستان شهرضا در استان اصفهان بود. او در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان حضور در یک تجمع مردمی هدف شلیک گلوله قرار گرفت. وی پس از انتقال به مراکز درمانی، به دلیل شدت جراحات وارده جان خود را از دست داد و به کاروان جاویدنامان وطن پیوست.
