Biography

General Nader Jahanbani was a distinguished pilot and senior commander in the Imperial Iranian Air Force. Following the 1979 Revolution, he was arrested and summarily executed on the roof of Refah School on February 15, 1979. His death sentence was issued by Sadegh Khalkhali without a fair trial or the right to a lawyer.

تیمسار نادر جهانبانی خلبان برجسته و از فرماندهان ارشد نیروی هوایی شاهنشاهی ایران بود. پس از انقلاب ۱۳۵۷، وی در تاریخ ۲۶ بهمن ۱۳۵۷ در پشت‌بام مدرسه رفاه تیرباران شد. حکم اعدام او توسط صادق خلخالی و بدون طی شدن مراحل دادرسی عادلانه یا حق داشتن وکیل صادر و اجرا گردید.
