Biography

Pejman Gholipour was an 18-year-old from Langarud who was killed during the nationwide protests of November 2019. He died in the Marlik area of Karaj after being shot five times by security forces. His mother, Mahboubeh Ramezani, has since become a prominent figure in the movement for justice in Iran.

پژمان قلی‌پور جوان ۱۸ ساله اهل لنگرود بود که در جریان اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۱۳۹۸ جان باخت. او در ۲۶ آبان ۱۳۹۸ در منطقه مارلیک کرج با شلیک پنج گلوله توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. مادر او، محبوبه رمضانی، از آن زمان به یکی از چهره‌های برجسته دادخواهی تبدیل شده است.
