Biography
Reza Rasaei was a 34-year-old protester arrested in Sahneh, Kermanshah, during the 2022 nationwide uprising. He was sentenced to death for the alleged killing of an IRGC member following a trial that Amnesty International described as grossly unfair and reliant on forced confessions. He was secretly executed in Dieselabad Prison on August 6, 2024.
غلامرضا (رضا) رسایی، جوان ۳۴ ساله، در جریان خیزش سراسری ۱۴۰۱ در شهرستان صحنه کرمانشاه بازداشت شد. او در دادگاهی که عفو بینالملل آن را بهشدت ناعادلانه و مبتنی بر اعترافات اجباری توصیف کرد، به اتهام قتل یکی از نیروهای سپاه پاسداران به اعدام محکوم شد. حکم اعدام او سحرگاه ۱۶ مرداد ۱۴۰۳ به صورت مخفیانه در زندان دیزلآباد کرمانشاه اجرا شد.
