سعید زینالی، متولد ۳۱ شهریور ۱۳۵۵، دانشجویی بود که در ۲۳ تیر ۱۳۷۸ در منزلش در تهران و در جریان اعتراضات دانشجویی کوی دانشگاه تهران توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد. با گذشت بیش از ۲۵ سال و پیگیریهای مداوم، خانوادهاش هیچ پاسخی در مورد سرنوشت او دریافت نکردهاند و پیکرش نیز هرگز به آنها تحویل داده نشده است، که این موضوع حاکی از جان باختن او در بازداشت است.
