سعید زینالی دانشجویی بود که در ۲۳ تیر ۱۳۷۸، در پی حوادث کوی دانشگاه تهران، در منزل شخصی خود بازداشت شد. با گذشت بیش از ۲۵ سال از زمان بازداشت، او همچنان ناپدید قهری است و هیچ اطلاعی از سرنوشت او در دست نیست. خانواده وی در تمام این سالها به دلیل پیگیری وضعیت او با تهدید و بازداشت مواجه شدهاند.
