Biography
Sajjad Esmaeili was a young man from Ilam who was arrested on December 1, 2019, in the aftermath of the nationwide Aban 1398 (November 2019) protests. His body was returned to his family ten days after his arrest. He is among the victims who lost their lives while in state custody during the crackdown on protesters.
سجاد اسماعیلی جوانی اهل ایلام بود که در ۱۰ آذر ۱۳۹۸، در جریان وقایع پس از اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۹۸ بازداشت شد. پیکر وی ده روز پس از بازداشت به خانوادهاش تحویل داده شد. او به عنوان یکی از جانباختگانی شناخته میشود که در دوران بازداشت و در جریان سرکوب معترضان جان خود را از دست دادند.
