ثمین رستمی، پرستاری ۴۲ ساله در بیمارستان آرام کرج و مادر دو فرزند بود. او در تاریخ ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در منطقه مهر ویلا در کرج کشته شد. وی در حالی که سعی در کمک به زنی یا دختری جوان که مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته بود داشت، هدف تیراندازی مستقیم قرار گرفت و کشته شد.
