Biography
Sara (Darya) Ebrahimi was a 40-year-old woman from Tehran who was killed during the Iranian nationwide protests. CCTV footage that drew global attention showed her being beaten on the head by an IRGC member before she was reportedly shot with live ammunition. Her death became a widely documented instance of the crackdown on protesters.
سارا (دریا) ابراهیمی، زنی ۴۰ ساله و ساکن تهران بود که در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ایران جان باخت. تصاویر دوربینهای مداربسته که بازتاب جهانی یافت، او را در حال ضربوشتم توسط یک نیروی سپاه نشان میدهد و گزارش شده است که وی پس از آن با شلیک گلوله جنگی به قتل رسیده است. واقعه جان باختن او به یکی از موارد مستند خشونت علیه معترضان تبدیل شد.
