Biography
Sarina Saedi was a 15-year-old student from the Nayser neighborhood of Sanandaj who aspired to become a university professor. On October 26, 2022, during the Woman Life Freedom protests, she was severely beaten on the head with batons by security forces and died the following day at Tohid Hospital from a brain hemorrhage. Following her death, authorities pressured her family and forced her father to provide a televised confession claiming she had committed suicide due to depression.
سارینا ساعدی نوجوان ۱۵ ساله و دانشآموز اهل محله نایسر سنندج بود که آرزوی استادی دانشگاه را در سر داشت. او در ۴ آبان ۱۴۰۱ در جریان خیزش «زن زندگی آزادی» بر اثر ضربات متعدد باتوم نیروهای امنیتی به سرش دچار خونریزی مغزی شد و یک روز بعد در بیمارستان توحید جان باخت. پس از جانباختن او، نهادهای امنیتی خانوادهاش را تحت فشار قرار داده و پدرش را مجبور به اعتراف اجباری تلویزیونی کردند تا علت مرگ او را خودکشی ناشی از افسردگی جلوه دهند.
