Biography
Sepehr Shokri was a 25-year-old killed by direct fire from security forces in the Piroozi neighborhood of Tehran on January 8, 2026, in the presence of his younger brother. A viral video titled 'Sepehr Baba' documented his father's search for his body at the Kahrizak Medical Examiner Center. Despite intense government pressure and financial offers to falsely identify him as a member of the Basij, his family refused to compromise and stood by the truth of his killing.
سپهر شکری جوان ۲۵ سالهای بود که در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در محله پیروزی تهران، در مقابل چشمان برادر کوچکش با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی جان باخت. ویدیوی جستجوی جانسوز پدر او برای یافتن پیکر فرزندش در پزشکی قانونی کهریزک با عنوان «سپهر بابا» در شبکههای اجتماعی بازتاب گستردهای داشت. علیرغم فشارهای شدید نهادهای امنیتی و پیشنهاد مبالغ هنگفت برای انتساب او به نیروهای بسیج، خانوادهاش در برابر این روایتهای دروغین ایستادگی کردند.
