Biography
Surena Golgun was an 18-year-old first-semester mechanical engineering student from Shahsavar. He was killed on January 9, 2026, during protests in Shahsavar, when he was shot from behind in the heart and lungs by direct gunfire from Islamic Republic forces. His mother has reportedly transformed her grief into a weapon of resistance.
سورنا گلگون، دانشجوی ۱۸ ساله ترم اول مهندسی مکانیک و اهل شهسوار بود. او در تاریخ ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات شهسوار کشته شد؛ وی از پشت هدف گلوله مستقیم نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی قرار گرفت که به قلب و ریههایش اصابت کرد. مادر او سوگ فرزندش را به سلاح ایستادگی تبدیل کرده است.
