Biography
Vahid Damour was a young man killed during the November 2019 protests in Karaj, Iran. He became a symbol of the protest movement, with memorial ceremonies held at his grave in Behesht-e Sakineh cemetery in Karaj. On the fifth anniversary of his death in November 2024, the anthem 'Ey Iran' was played for him. His grave has also been visited by the family members of other victims of the protests.
وحید دامور جوانی بود که در جریان اعتراضات آبان ۱۳۹۸ در کرج، ایران، کشته شد. او به نمادی از جنبش اعتراضی تبدیل شد و مراسم یادبود او بر سر مزارش در آرامستان بهشت سکینه کرج برگزار میشود. در پنجمین سالگرد کشتهشدن او در آبان ۱۴۰۳، سرود «ای ایران» برای او نواخته شد. مزار او همچنین مورد بازدید اعضای خانواده سایر جانباختگان اعتراضات قرار گرفته است.
